It’s officially Sweater Weather again! Though I’ll always be a Summer gal, I can’t wait to pull out my snuggly sweaters & cozy knits. Ever since Burberry Prorsum released this a couple of seasons ago, cape knits have made a comeback (thank your nana) I bought this oversized Zara cape knit last year that strangely reminds me of a Lama Shepherd. All I need is just a stick. What do you think?

Neat Casual

Fridays are usually my favourite day of the week (woohoo surprise!), partly because it’s casual Fridays at the office & the drastic change in weather from cold to awesome only made it even better. I figured I’d pull out my new Topshop blouse bought from my trip to Jakarta, as well as a clutch & new heels to wear unapologetically so I can meet friends for drinks straight after work – a little neat casual 😉 Hoping you all have a fun filled weekend!

White Out

I have always admired the crisp all-white ensemble. There is just a simple, classy & sophisticated air about it- though it can turn out straitjacket like when not worn with the right accessories. I recently purchased this jumpsuit from Zara & absolutely love the low-back cut & breathe easy material. Because of the neutral colour, it’s like working with a blank canvas- I can match it with a variety of colourful accessories, bags & shoes. With beautiful balmy nights like that of yesterday, I cannot wait to wear this out more often- though being a messy eater, I’d have to watch what I eat!IMG_5654_副本IMG_5657_副本[Zara jumpsuit similar here, Alexander Wang Rockie Bag similar, Portsmans nude wedges, Marc Jacobs similar chain, Emporio Armani watches, Chanel brooches]

A New Trend

A quintessential Melbourne weekend isn’t complete without brunch & outdoors with good sunshine. Last weekend, my bridesmaids T, D & I, spent the beautiful Saturday afternoon outside soaking some sun while doing some arts & craft for the wedding. It was tiring, but fun, productive & definitely rewarding. My Sunday on the other hand was spent relaxing with G as we decided to try this  decadent list from Broadsheet for Melbournes best waffles. Any other unmentioned recommendations? Though I’m currently plagued with an itchy, sore dry throat & coughing like a hyena, I’m looking forward to this weekend to continue last weeks waffle rendezvous- perhaps a new weekend trend? Here are some snaps that makes me happy 🙂
